1. Who we are

Neosoma UAB ("Neosoma", "we", "us") is the controller of personal data processed through neosoma.eu. Registered office: Vilnius, Lithuania, EU.

2. What data we collect

We process the personal data you submit through our contact and partner forms (name, email, company, message), and limited technical data (IP address, browser type) collected through essential cookies.

3. Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for handling inquiries and on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for optional analytics cookies.

4. Retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless a commercial relationship requires longer retention. Technical logs are retained for 30 days.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Contact info@neosoma.eu.

6. Recipients & transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors (hosting, email infrastructure) bound by data processing agreements. Where transfers outside the EEA occur, they are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
